Transparent shipping cost
Shipping is calculated per store based on its location, package weight, and your destination. Some stores may offer free shipping under their own conditions, which are shown in the cart.
Delivery zones and estimated times

Important details
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external conditions or holidays.
- Shipping is processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
- You will receive a notification with the tracking number once your order ships.
- Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. are processed the next business day.
- Cocibolka is not responsible for delays caused by CargoTrans once the package has been transferred to its custody.
Returns policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 calendar days after receiving it, at no additional cost to you.
Return acceptance conditions
- The product must be in perfect condition: unused, undamaged, and with all original accessories.
- The original packaging must be intact or in acceptable condition.
- The return request must be submitted within 15 days after receiving the order.
- Return shipping is covered by Cocibolka at no additional cost to the customer.
