Return conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with complete packaging and accessories.
• The request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
• Products damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
• Digital products are not eligible for return once downloaded or activated.

How do I request a return?

   Sign in to your account

   Go to My Orders and select the order with the product you want to return.

   Select the reason

   Choose the return reason: defective product, does not match the description, or changed your mind.

3. 3

   Wait for approval

   Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours.

4. 4

   Send the product

   Once approved, you will receive instructions to send the product through CargoTrans.

5. 5

   Receive your refund or replacement

   We will process the refund or ship the replacement once the product arrives at our facilities.
